About the Role
This role is based in Port Moresby and reports to the Payments Switch Support Lead. The successful applicants will support and maintain the Realtime and Office Postilion systems and associated applications in PNG, and the Euronet systems in the Non PNG Countries, to ensure maximum availability for BSP and non-BSP cardholders and internal users of Postilion and Euronet.
Key Deliverables
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of service levels to Postilion and Euronet customers including the development of operational procedures and ensure these are regularly maintained and actioned.
- Monitor and ensure service availability of all Postilion and Euronet delivery channels, being local debit and scheme cards and international scheme cards, as well as supporting reports.
- Provide competent technical expertise and advice, develop processes and procedures to ensure supported Postilion and Euronet delivery channels meet or exceed the agreed Service Level Agreements operational levels.
- Provide timely support to internal customers for queries received regarding the Postilion and Euronet delivery channels, liaising with & escalating where necessary to third party support for faults and service jobs logged & ensure successful resolution.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately & efficiently, within the time frames defined by the relevant Project Plan, Request for Change or Incident SLA.
- Ensure Change, Incident and Problem Management processes and procedures are followed and adhered to standards.
- Responsible for ensuring all factors relating to business risks are considered and relevant actions taken to manage or mitigate risks according to procedures, policies and guidelines. This includes developing, maintaining and regular testing of the Business Continuity Plan and processes for Postilion Realtime and Office application and / or Disaster Recovery. Assisting with Audit enquiries and ensure recommendations and tasks are carried out within the set timeframes.
- Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation of each supported application for the Postilion and Euronet switches.
- Provide training for Call Center, Helpdesk and IT Operations team on how to monitor & use the Postilion and Proview applications.
Essential Qualifications, Professional/Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology.
- Knowledge in postilion and Euronet.
- Knowledge in SQL programming.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office 2010 suite.
- At least 6 months’ probation assisting Payments Switch Support Officers.
- Experience in the Core Banking System.
- AS400 knowledge
